Network Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in SEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with IT team to optimize existing network configurations and introduce new technologies.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide support for network-related incidents and assist in technical escalations from the helpdesk team.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain an accurate knowledge base.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-17 years of experience in network engineering or related field.
• Proficient in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
• Experience with network security practices and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
