Job Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and support corporate network infrastructure - Firewall, switches, access points, and VOIP.
Monitor network alerts and escalate issues as needed.
Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and cabling.
Assist in routine tasks: patching, backups, and configuration update.
Support deployment of new devices (access points, switches, router and firewalls).
Work with the vendor to perform testing and preventative maintenance of network equipment.
Maintain inventory of network equipment.
Document and follow RMA processes and procedures for all relevant vendors.
Manage and assist external vendors handled by the IT department, such as Internet providers, CDAS, network cabling, and mall tenants.

Qualifications

Skilled in routing, switching and wireless network.
Skilled in network security such as 802.1x and managing firewall (Fortigate and Palo Alto).
Can adapt to a fast-changing technological environment.
