Job Description

  • Candidate will be a part of the Network Operations Team
  • Escalation contact for all IT/Infrastructure-related issues particularly for back-end and production services.
  • Handle escalated support tickets and do onsite support if necessary.
  • Perform regular audit of servers and network equipment in accordance to the standards set by the company.
  • Do regular backups of production servers and network equipment.
  • Regular update of network documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
  • CCNA / CCNP Certified or trained.
  • Must be amenable to work in Ortigas Area
  • Must be amenable to Hybrid set up, shifting schedule
