Network Engineer
Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

Shift: Rotating Schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC).
- Manage and maintain AudioCodes OVOC (One Voice Operations Centre).
- Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments.
- Monitor voice network performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Support SIP trunking, VoIP, and Unified Communications solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with network, security, and telecom teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Provide support during maintenance windows and rotational shifts.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 3–5 years of Network/Voice Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC.
- Experience with AudioCodes OVOC.
- Experience administering Cisco CUCM.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, RTP, and telecommunications protocols.
- Troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with enterprise voice infrastructure.
