Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze complex problems, collaborate with team members, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of network systems. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions and share your expertise, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components. - Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery. - Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring and management tools. - Ability to configure and troubleshoot routers and switches. - Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in network management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. - A AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC and Media Gateways to administering Cisco CUCM and CME environments is required. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
