As a Network Care Center Admin, you'll be at the heart of our charger network operationsmonitoring real-time performance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor charger network and infrastructure via network tools
- Identify and escalate issues to internal teams or vendors
- Respond to customer and stakeholder concerns in real-time
- Execute scheduled maintenance and enhancements
- Maintain strong documentation and knowledge management
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response
- Support systems management, logs review, and preventive checks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Electrical Technology, or related field
- 12 years of experience in a technical support or infrastructure role
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
- Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
- Effective communicator in both English and Filipino
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
