Key Responsibilities
Network Management
* Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks
* Monitor network performance and ensure uptime (LAN/WAN/Internet)
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues and outages
System Administration
* Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud environments
* Handle user accounts, permissions, and access control
* Perform system updates, patching, and backups
BPO Operations Support
* Ensure readiness of workstations, softphones, and CRM systems
* Support VoIP systems and call center tools
* Handle onboarding/offboarding of agents and staff
Security & Compliance
* Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (AV, firewall, email security)
* Ensure data protection and compliance with company policies
* Monitor logs and respond to incidents
Technical Support
* Provide L2/L3 support for escalated IT issues
* Coordinate with vendors (ISP, cloud, hardware providers)
* Maintain documentation and asset inventory
Qualifications
Must-Have
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 2–5 years experience in network/system administration (preferably BPO)
* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory
* Familiar with firewalls and network security
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of VoIP systems (e.g., Asterisk, 3CX)
* Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft)
* Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Key Skills
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Strong communication (supporting non-technical users)
* Ability to work in shifting schedules (24/7 environment)
* Organized and documentation-driven
