Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
Summary: As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will spend your day configuring, integrating, and managing telecommunication network elements throughout their life cycle. Your role involves maintaining accurate system data records and supporting customer activations and configuration changes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth network operations and timely resolution of issues, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of network services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and timely updates. - Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Document processes and configurations to maintain clear and accessible records. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues to minimize service disruptions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewall Operations. - Strong knowledge of firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting. - Experience with network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with telecommunication network elements and their integration. - Ability to analyze network data and support system data record management. - Proficient in monitoring tools and techniques to ensure network reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewall Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
