Network Administrator

PT&T is looking for a Network Administrator to join our Network Systems Group. The role will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting PT&T's network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network outages, routing and switching issues, and equipment problems.
• Handle escalated network concerns from Customer Service and other technical teams.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of network services.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and routing protocols such as BGP.
• Plan, test, and implement network changes, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Prepare BOM, MOP, HLD/LLD, incident reports, and other network documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for network issue resolution.
• Support network-related projects and technology upgrades.
• Conduct onsite troubleshooting and client visits when required.
• Research and recommend network improvements and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• LicensedECE is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Network Engineering; ISP experience is preferred.
• Passed at least one (1) Associate Vendor Certification Exam such as Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, or Huawei.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, network troubleshooting, and BGP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willing to perform onsite fieldwork and client visits when required.
