Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our NetSuite environment across finance and business operations. The role will be responsible for system configuration, customization, process optimization, integrations, and user support while working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has strong functional accounting knowledge combined with hands-on technical expertise in NetSuite development and automation tools.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary techno-functional resource for the administration, support, enhancement, and optimization of the NetSuite environment.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with finance and operational processes.
- Configure and support key NetSuite modules including Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Fixed Asset Management (FAM), and SuiteProjects/Project Management.
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP process improvements across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical and functional solutions.
- Support NetSuite integrations with third-party systems, applications, and external platforms.
- Work with middleware and integration tools such as Celigo to manage data synchronization and process automation.
- Participate in NetSuite implementation projects, including discovery, solution design, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation including process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
- Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and business users.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- CPA preferred or strong accounting and finance background required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience in administration, implementation, and support.
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite modules including:
- Financials
- Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
- Fixed Asset Management (FAM)
- Project Management (Suite Project)
- Strong understanding of core business processes including:
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization and automation tools including:
- SuiteScript
- SuiteFlow
- Saved Searches
- Reports and Dashboards
- SuiteAnalytics
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms such as Celigo is an advantage.
- Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, or global NetSuite environments.
- Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX compliance, and ERP governance best practices.
- Experience participating in or leading NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
- NetSuite certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
