Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: Night Shift

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Implementation Specialist who doesn't just design solutionsbut builds and configures them directly within NetSuite.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in system setup, customization, workflows, integrations, and optimizationrather than simply drafting technical specifications and handing them off to a separate development team.

You will be the one doing the actual implementation work in NetSuite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations (configuration through go-live)
• Perform hands-on system configuration, customization, and optimization within NetSuite
• Build and modify workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and scripts
• Execute data migration, validation, and system testing
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into working NetSuite solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements
• Support integrations with third-party systems
• Document processes and provide post-go-live support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
• Proven experience configuring and customizing NetSuite (SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript is a plus)
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Order Management, etc.)
• Experience in data migration and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to independently execute technical solutions (not just solution design)
