What You'll Do:
- Support the day-to-day administration and optimization of the ERP system to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain system security and compliance.
- Configure system settings, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards based on business needs.
- Provide first-level support to users by troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Support testing, documentation, and rollout of system changes and enhancements.
- Assist with ad hoc system requests, audits, and cross-functional coordination as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system administration or support (NetSuite).
- Solid understanding of ERP modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of access controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Experience supporting system changes, enhancements, or improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
