Join Oracle NetSuite and lead the successful delivery of cloud ERP implementation projects for customers across a wide range of industries. As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead 10+ concurrent NetSuite implementation projects using the established delivery methodology.
- Own project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, resources, risks, issues, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate kickoffs, planning sessions, status meetings, requirements reviews, and executive-level discussions.
- Set clear customer expectations around delivery approach, responsibilities, timelines, change management, and project governance.
- Identify risks and roadblocks early, drive resolution, and manage escalations constructively.
- Coordinate consultants, technical teams, offshore resources, partners, and customer stakeholders within a matrix environment.
- Produce and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, forecasts, and change orders.
- Forecast and deliver against committed hours across your project portfolio.
- Support sales activities through engagement scoping, solution reviews, and customer presentations.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand Professional Services within existing accounts.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in project management.
- Strong experience delivering ERP, cloud, or enterprise software implementations.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of scope, budget, risk, issue, resource, and change management.
- Experience developing detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.
- Understanding of ERP integrations, data migration, customisation, and implementation principles.
- A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach with minimal supervision.
- Formal project management training; PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
