Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Development Manager to lead our ERP implementation initiatives for a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP projects, including design, development, integration, implementation, and ongoing support. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.
This is a night shift position with a schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Team Management:
- Manage and provide leadership to a global team of NetSuite developers, consultants, and technical staff.
- Mentor, coach, and supervise team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure the team meets project deliverables and quality standards.
Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the customization, scripting, and workflow design within NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk).
- Lead integrations of NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Drive system enhancements and technical upgrades to optimize performance and align with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on support for debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to NetSuite customizations.
Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the ERP team and senior management.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure the effective utilization of NetSuite systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of NetSuite experience, with a focus on ERP implementation and team management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in NetSuite development, including SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Intermediate knowledge of NetSuite workflows, customization, and scripting.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and processes.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and risks in a global, complex environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- NetSuite ERP certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business processes from end to end, including finance, supply chain, and HR.
