Role Summary

We are seeking a NetSuite Implementations Specialist to lead and support client implementations while leveraging advanced AI and automation platforms. In this role, you will bridge traditional ERP consulting with cutting-edge AI technology—building automated client applications, configuring NetSuite workflows, and ensuring high-precision validation of accounting and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Implementation & Automation: Design and deploy AI-driven automation applications and workflows tailored to client NetSuite environments.
• NetSuite Configuration & Client Delivery: Lead and support NetSuite setup, data migration, workflow configuration, and process optimization for clients.
• Outputs & Accounting Validation: Utilize your accounting background to audit, verify, and validate AI-generated outputs and automated data flows for complete accuracy and compliance.
• Advanced AI Integration: Deeply integrate modern LLMs and collaborative AI platforms into daily workflows to optimize project timelines and implementation deliverables.

Key Qualifications & Experience

NetSuite & Accounting Foundation

• NetSuite Expertise: Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP configurations, modules, and implementation methodologies.
• Accounting Background: Strong foundation in core accounting principles, financial workflows, and data reconciliation to validate automated processes.

AI Capabilities & Automation

• Advanced Daily AI Use: Hands-on, daily workflow experience with LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude, including advanced features (e.g., Claude CoWork / collaborative workspace tools) well beyond basic text or email generation.
• Custom AI Solutions: Experience building custom agents, GPTs, or bespoke automation apps (Strong Plus).
• Automation Mindset: Proven ability to build automated pipelines and validate complex outputs between platforms.
