Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled NetSuite Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteCloud platform, integrations, workflows, and NetSuite customizations, along with a solid understanding of business processes across Finance, CRM, Supply Chain, and Order Management.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations within NetSuite ERP.
- Develop and support solutions using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
- Customize NetSuite forms, records, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and workflows as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements.
- Perform system analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing NetSuite implementations.
- Support NetSuite upgrades, releases, and environment management activities.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite development.

- Saved Searches & Reports
- Experience in NetSuite ERP customizations and administration.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs, RESTlets, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including:
- Finance & Accounting
- Order Management
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- CRM
- Procurement
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
- Experience with version control systems and deployment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Certified Developer or Administrator certification preferred.
- Experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in multi-subsidiary or global NetSuite environments.
- Exposure to data migration and ETL processes. Good to Have
- Experience with SuiteCommerce or NetSuite CPQ.
- Exposure to manufacturing or retail domain implementations.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for NetSuite deployments.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Must be 100 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 50mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
