NetSuite Consulting Analyst

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / MST

Role Overview: As a NetSuite Consulting Analyst, you will support Senior and Principal Consultants in delivering successful NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. You will handle core configuration tasks, data imports, saved searches, and workflow setup while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client business processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform NetSuite data imports, exports, and mapping configurations
• Build and maintain saved searches and custom workflows
• Configure custom fields, custom records, and assist in system setup
• Support Record to Report, Inventory, and Order to Cash processes
• Provide technical support during implementation and post-go-live activities

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 2 yrs of hands-on experience in configuration and/or administration of NetSuite.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills in English, fluency in Spanish is also a plus
• Ability to establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Understanding of NetSuite workflows, and scheduled scripts preferred
• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines preferred
• Experience with or knowledge of NetSuite Record to Report, Inventory Module and Order to Cash

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience with NetSuite Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module is
• preferred.
• CPA preferred and/or Accounting/Finance background.
