10+ years of experience for a Lead role at Bangalore location.
The Contingent Level 4 engineer is expected to demonstrate expert‑level proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and strong to expert SQL Server skills, including complex query optimization and performance tuning. The role requires strong React expertise, with the ability to design, review, and guide frontend implementation patterns. The candidate should be able to own end‑to‑end feature delivery, including API design, data modeling, and integration across services. Python and Java skills are required to effectively operate in polyglot environments, support legacy systems, or contribute to modernization efforts. This level expects strength in system design, troubleshooting production issues, and CI/CD practices. The engineer should actively participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with architects and product partners.
