Responsibilities:
- Concentrates on .NET technical solution design, integration, and system optimization. Collaborates primarily with tech leads, digital delivery teams, and IT support groups to ensure robust, scalable, and secure technology implementations.
- Focuses on business processes, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into actionable requirements. Works closely with program managers, solution architects, and business owners to optimize workflows and enable effective decision-making.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed software applications and vendor software products. This includes diagnosing and resolving system issues, assisting users with application functionality, and collaborating with other engineering teams to maintain system stability and performance.
- The role serves as a key contact for resolving application-related incidents and ensuring continuity of business operations.
