.NET Engineer (Full-Time Remote)

• Schedule: 40 hours per week

About the Role

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling core backend systems that support EPG Group's technology solutions. This role goes beyond feature development. You'll contribute to improving system architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability while working alongside an experienced engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Build high-quality solutions using modern .NET technologies.
• Improve system architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Enhance and modernize existing applications when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable and maintainable software.
• Contribute to technical discussions and engineering best practices.

Technology Stack

• C# / ASP.NET (.NET 10)
• SQL Server
• Containerized infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
• Modern CI/CD and DevOps practices

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Engineer or .NET Developer.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Experience enhancing, modernizing, and maintaining legacy applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
