Title: .NET Developer
Location: Bangalore, India
Model: Hybrid Role 3x/week onsite
Pay: 16 LPA
About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Level ASP.NET Full Stack Developer for a top enterprise client. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern web applications with a focus on .NET 6+, C#, REST API development, and database interaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend expertise while also possessing some experience working within Angular environments. This role involves collaborating with development teams on new feature implementation, API enhancements, application maintenance, and technical design discussions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, possess strong software engineering fundamentals, and demonstrate the ability to contribute across multiple layers of the application stack.
Day-to-Day:
- Develop and maintain ASP.NET Full Stack applications
- Build and support RESTful APIs using .NET 6+
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot backend services using C#
- Work with databases using ADO.NET and related data access technologies
- Collaborate with frontend developers working in Angular
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical reviews
- Contribute to both new feature development and enhancement of existing applications
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions
- Utilize modern development tools and AI productivity tools where appropriate
Must-Haves:
- 6-8 years of total software development experience
- No less than 6 years and no more than 10 years of overall experience
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 6+ / .NET Core
- 4+ years of ASP.NET development experience
- C# programming skills
- Strong SQL experience
- Experience developing and supporting REST APIs
- Understanding of database interactions and data access concepts
- Working knowledge of ADO.NET (database access / threading / async and await)
- Experience with LINQ, Dependency Injection, etc
- Exposure to Angular 10+ development
Plusses:
- React experience
- Experience with modern development tools and AI-assisted productivity tools
- Experience working in hybrid Agile development environments
