.NET Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft .NET Developer to join our development team, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality solutions within the PLM/Windchill environment. In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, and maintain high-quality software solutions built on the .NET framework to support and enhance our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in .NET development and a solid understanding of PTC Windchill, including customization, automation, and integration with enterprise systems. The resource will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – such as engineering, product management, and IT – to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions that optimize PLM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET applications that support PLM/Windchill business processes.
• Design and implement system integrations between Windchill and other enterprise applications.
• Customize Windchill functionalities through APIs, extensions, and related frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with Snowflake for data warehousing, data modelling, SQL development, and analytics reporting.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing and documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.

Skills Required:

• 6-8 years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/Framework).
• Strong background in building, integrating, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience working with or integrating PTC Windchill (customization, workflow development, API usage, or extension architecture) is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and secure coding best practices.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with system integrations.
• Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL Server, MS Access, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive technical decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
