Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient C# code following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing where applicable.
- Work with SQL Server or other relational databases to design and optimize queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with .NET Core for developing modern, cross-platform applications.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and understanding of database design and optimization.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
