Apply strong design expertise and high standards to deliver visually compelling and effective work that supports brand leadership
Design across a variety of formats, including print, digital, and environmental materials for sales, marketing, and communications
Manage projects end-to-end, from initial brief through design and final production
Maintain deep knowledge of brand assets, guidelines, and systems, ensuring proper and consistent application
Collaborate closely with fellow designers, contributing ideas, participating in reviews, and fostering a positive studio environment
Utilize studio tools to track progress, organize files, maintain internal systems, and proactively address potential issues
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent experience in design or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a design, marketing, publishing company, or corporate design team
Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and creativity
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of Figma
Strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color, with solid production knowledge (file setup, image optimization, color management)
Understanding of accessibility principles in design
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for producing high-quality work
Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple projects, work efficiently, and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solve problems effectively
