Job Summary
We are seeking Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) with at least 1 year of bedside or hospital experience who are currently preparing for or planning to take the NCLEX examination. This opportunity allows nurses to gain experience in the healthcare BPO industry while continuing their NCLEX review. Successful candidates will work from home during the review period and transition to onsite work in Ortigas thereafter.
Qualifications
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- At least 1 year of bedside or hospital experience.
- Open to candidates who are currently reviewing for or planning to take the NCLEX.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and navigating multiple systems.
- Amenable to work from home during the review period and onsite in Ortigas after deployment.
- Willing to work on a schedule to be discussed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process healthcare-related documentation and records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with client and company guidelines.
- Utilize clinical knowledge to support healthcare operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding case reviews and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare industry regulations.
