About the Role
We are seeking experienced Nursing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to serve as Training Specialists and NCLEX Content Review Specialists. The role involves reviewing AI-generated NCLEX-style test bank questions across multiple nursing disciplines, ensuring clinical accuracy, educational quality, and alignment with NCLEX standards and nursing competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review NCLEX-style questions and rationales for accuracy and clarity
- Validate clinical accuracy and appropriateness of content
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities
- Ensure alignment with NCLEX standards and nursing best practices
- Review competency mappings and provide recommendations
- Provide detailed review comments and suggested revisions
- Participate in subsequent review rounds if required
- Adhere to project timelines and quality expectations
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted U.S. RN license
- Graduate of BS Nursing
- Current or recent clinical nursing experience
- Strong familiarity with NCLEX test plans
- Experience teaching nursing courses or developing nursing education content
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to provide detailed feedback on assessments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or reviewing NCLEX preparation materials
- Experience creating/reviewing nursing test bank questions
- Prior work with educational publishers, curriculum developers, or EdTech organizations
- Familiarity with competency-based education frameworks
