About the role...

The National Service & Rollouts Estimator will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and presentation of bid / no bid documents

• Gather and consolidate data from Estimating, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop accurate pricing and resource estimates.

• Incorporate value engineering strategies to improve cost-effectiveness, quality, and timelines in proposals.

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing aligned with tender requirements.

• Prepare comprehensive handover packages for the Operations team post-award, including scope, deliverables, and timelines, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Regular update of CEM system

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management systems.

• Experience in tender coordination or a similar role within construction, engineering, or related industries (preferred).

• Verbal and written communication skills - needs to able to book over the phone and email responses back to employee

• High organisation skills to meet deadlines

• Able to multitask, prioritise own workload
