Job Description
- Lead nationwide spare parts sales and operations
- Drive sales targets and ensure availability, distribution, and efficiency
- Manage and develop regional and functional teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across aftersales and commercial functions
- Ensure consistent execution across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10 years of experience in spare parts sales and operations
- Exposure to nationwide scope and large team management
- Proven track record in driving commercial performance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- High potential candidates with solid spare parts experience may be considered.
