Lead National Strategy, Growth & Execution
- Design and implement national sales strategies aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Lead strategic planning for targets, territory segmentation, coverage, and resource allocation.
- Drive team performance by analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and adjusting strategies based on competitive activity.
- Oversee district- and national-level business plans to ensure consistent achievement of goals.
Deliver Sales Results & Strengthen Market Presence
- Achieve national sales targets through hands-on leadership and data-driven coaching.
- Ensure full contribution and accountability from District Sales Managers (DSMs) and Product Medical Representatives (PMRs).
- Strengthen customer coverage and uphold compliance with promotional activity guidelines.
- Leverage dashboards and KPIs to track progress, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Strengthen Customer Relationships & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Decision Makers (KDMs), and major healthcare institutions.
- Collaborate with Key Account Management, Government & Hospital Channels, and internal support teams to ensure product availability and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance market responsiveness by aligning sales execution with cross-functional strategies.
Empower and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Recruit, train, and mentor DSMs and PMRs to achieve business goals and personal development milestones.
- Set clear expectations, conduct joint fieldwork, and provide continuous coaching.
- Drive performance through structured reviews, talent development, and individualized plans.
- Build a strong bench of future leaders by developing Ready Now talents.
Own the Team's Budget and Operational Excellence
- Manage and monitor national sales and marketing budgets.
- Ensure all sales activities are cost-effective and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational impact.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure proper utilization and reporting of resources.
Be a Strategic Partner in National Success
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes and optimize national sales execution.
- Support company-wide projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all interactions and deliverables comply with regulatory and internal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any Science-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within a sales-driven or pharmaceutical organization.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing talent, and driving business results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
