Job Description

As the National Sales Manager, you will:

  • Own the national sales strategy and deliver revenue targets across priority segments (clinics, hospitals, corporate health providers, and networks)
  • Drive direct, consultative selling-leading discovery, understanding partner needs, and proposing tailored commercial solutions
  • Build and manage senior relationships with decision-makers
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, contracting, onboarding support, and renewals
  • Present solutions clearly to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in a doctor-friendly manner
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and partner satisfaction
  • Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and push deals forward with urgency and discipline
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new sites, add-on services, higher usage)
  • Coach and support the sales function as it scales, setting standards for execution, activity, and performance

The Successful Applicant


To Be Successful, You Are

  • Proven in direct B2B sales within healthcare (solutions, services, medical devices, or diagnostics), not purely distribution-led selling
  • Comfortable with a consultative approach-you ask strong questions, uncover business drivers, and shape pricing based on value
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and able to ask for the business with professionalism and speed
  • Willing to learn clinical language and concepts to engage doctors credibly
  • Commercially sharp, disciplined with follow-through, and hands-on in the field
  • Open to unlearning traditional product-push sales and adapting to a service-and-partnership model
