How You Will Make An Impact

You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong leader requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization, it also requires you to be a team player, where you see the value of teamwork and collaboration

  • You have a rich experience and understanding of the Philippine Retail landscape and will support in developing a clear and measurable retail strategy
  • You develop programs that can improve in-store visibility and works closely with the NKA team, distribution partners and merchandising teams to ensure ethical and timely deployment, implementation, monitoring and review of programs
  • You conduct data analyses pertaining to Arla Ambient & Chilled customers and products (e.g. offtake, customer category share, competitors).
  • You will effectively manage allocated budgets ensuring operations and retail initiatives are within financial targets, while supporting negotiations with retailers, buyers, vendors and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality
  • You are a strategic and authentic leader who understands and acknowledges that you can only be as strong as your team - you put them first - you support, guide and mentor them when needed, but most importantly, you empower them to reach their fullest potential!

The National Key Accounts Team Manager will be part of the Retail team and will report directly to the Head of Retail.

What Will Make You Successful

  • You have at least 8 years of professional experience in key account management in supermarkets and/or experience in trade marketing as well as relevant experience in working with distributors
  • You have an excellent record in managing retail operations and thrive in developing stakeholder relations
  • You are proactive in responding to market trends, consumer and shopper behavior
  • You an inspiring leader and demonstrates exceptional collaboration and communications skills
  • You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
  • You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
