This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila for a National Key Accounts Manager. Responsibilities include managing and nurturing key client accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves strategic business planning, fostering customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth. The position also entails close collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver service excellence.

• Expertise in Key Accounts and Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to assess client needs, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to proactively address client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Manila and availability for business travel, if required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
