Role Overview
The Regional Contract Manager is responsible for managing service contract opportunities, driving contract renewals, increasing revenue, and strengthening customer relationships. This role works closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service contract opportunities below $20,000, including Channel, Proximity, and One Services offerings.
- Conduct proactive outbound customer engagement to increase renewal and capture rates and identify revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to promote Schneider Electric's services and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders through regular business reviews, pipeline discussions, and territory planning sessions.
- Support forecasting, opportunity management, CRM accuracy, and performance reporting.
- Provide backup support for US VSSR operations, including reporting, data analysis, and business continuity activities.
- Deliver high-quality support while meeting productivity, revenue, and customer retention targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, contract management, or inside sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with service contracts, renewals, CRM systems, and sales tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work North America business hours and collaborate with global teams.
