We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support a growing Behavioral Health Staffing team in the US.
:
• Source and attract qualified behavioral health/healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, and online platforms
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process
• Discuss and negotiate compensation with candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships and provide post-placement support
• Work toward recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing environment
:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment/staffing
• Experience recruiting behavioral health and allied healthcare professionals, such as:
-BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
-RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
-BHT (Behavioral Health Technician)
-LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
-Other behavioral health or allied healthcare professionals
• Full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to placement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills
• Comfortable working US shifts
• Available to start ASAP
