• Review and process current and aging invoices, including rejected invoices

• Handle end-to-end invoice processing and posting

• Investigate invoice issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution

• Reconcile Pending Payment Exceptions and AP Open Items

• Handle Direct Debit, Debit Balance, GR/IR, accruals, and other AP-related reconciliations

• Review and resolve Procure4You tickets

• Prepare AP reports and reconciliation results

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Support the cleanup and resolution of aged AP items and outstanding transactions

• 3–4+ years of end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Strong experience in invoice processing, issue resolution, reconciliation, and payments

• Knowledge of AP Open Items, GR/IR, Debit Balance, Direct Debit, and accruals

• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to investigate discrepancies and develop practical solutions

• Strong stakeholder coordination skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple outstanding items

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
