What You'll Do
Design for Social (Mostly Us)
- Create and edit content for Tactical's own channelsInstagram, LinkedIn, decks, merch drops, brand moments and internal comms. This role is about how we show up, not client production work
Edit, Animate, Experiment
- Cut short-form video for social. Create animated assets. Bring ideas to life through motion where possible. If you know After Effects, amazing. If you're learning, even better
Help Shape Our Look & Feel
- Contribute to creative thinking around Tactical's brand, tone and visual language. Explore new formats, styles and trends that feel native to the internet, not ads pretending to be
Execute, Fast and Clean
- Use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to deliver sharp, well-crafted work. You'll build speed without sacrificing quality
Stay Organised
- Keep files tidy, logical and easy to find. Chaos on the feed is fine. Chaos in folders is not
What You'll Bring
A Portfolio
Showing strong visual instincts and a genuine interest in social-first design
Solid Foundations
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Bonus points for After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or motion tools
Good Taste
Layout, typography, colour, pacing. You know when something feels
