The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing creative multimedia materials for both traditional and digital platforms. This role translates marketing strategies into engaging visual content that strengthens brand presence, enhances brand image, and supports the company in achieving its sales and business objectives.

The position ensures that all multimedia outputs align with company mandates, brand standards, and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, animations, and digital assets.
  • Support marketing campaigns by creating engaging visual materials for digital and traditional platforms.
  • Handle video production processes including shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.
  • Optimize multimedia assets for different platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest multimedia trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communications, Commercial Arts, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in video production, creatives, advertising, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of design, video production, and post-production processes.
  • Competitive skills in multimedia production, composition, and editing.
  • Proficiency in multimedia editing tools and creative software.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
