About the Role
The Sustainability School Intern will support the design and development of training modules under the SM Sustainability School. The intern will work closely with the Sustainability School team to produce high-quality, concise, and visually engaging modules for SM employees across the group.
Responsibilities
- Draft storyboards for short training modules
- Source & curate appropriate videos, images, and multimedia assets to support learning objectives while ensuring proper usage rights and alignment with content
- Design and produce complete training modules integrating scripts, visuals, and multimedia into a cohesive learning experience
- Ensure modules are concise, engaging, and aligned with defined learning objectives
- Assemble and format modules into ready-for-upload e-learning format (Moodle)
- Support video production needs when required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of video editing software and graphic design tools
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to varied production requirements
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
