Job Function
The Multimedia Graphics Manager is responsible for creating compelling 3D animation, motion graphics, multimedia design, and key visual development, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual assets for chain-wide marketing commercial programs, local store marketing, digital marketing needs and store operation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 3D animations, key visuals, and multimedia assets for print, digital, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Produce storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts to support campaign development
- Conduct regular research work on design trends, animation techniques and AI-assisted creative tools
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage the design team by overseeing project execution, reviewing creative work, resolving design issues, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
- Oversee design translations of various collaterals given by the requestor
- Manage multiple creative projects using project management platforms while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Special projects management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Advertising
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in 3D animation, key visual creation, motion graphics, and multimedia design for marketing, advertising, promotions retail marketing, retail Ad and promo
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D animation, key visual creation, motion graphics, and multimedia design
- Advanced proficiency in 3D software applications (such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, InDesign, Audition)
