Job Summary
The Visual and Multimedia Designer will support the Marketing team by translating the brand identity into engaging visual materials across digital, print, packaging, and on-ground executions. The role is responsible for maintaining consistency in the brand's overall look and feel while producing creative assets that support business and marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative materials for packaging, digital content, IMC key visuals, and on-ground marketing collaterals
- Translate creative briefs into visual concepts and present outputs for alignment and revisions
- Create executional guides to ensure consistency across all artwork applications
- Produce basic video content and conduct simple product photoshoots as needed
- Manage timelines, revisions, and deliverables efficiently as the stand-alone graphics/design function
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align branding and campaign requirements
- Support the team with creative solutions aligned with the company's startup and growth environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, layout, and other key design principles
- Experience in creating digital and print creative materials, including static and basic video content
- Skilled in creative ideation and translating brand identity into compelling visual executions
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and evolving structures
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take on tasks beyond the standard job scope when needed
- Experience in advertising agencies, creative studios, or freelance multimedia work is an advantage
