What You'll Do
Content Production
- Design engaging static graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and other promotional materials.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, from concept development and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
- Produce high-quality visual content that aligns with Odoo's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Creative & Technical Execution
- Operate professional camera equipment, preferably Sony Alpha and FX series cameras.
- Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, and other industry-standard creative tools.
- Set up and operate basic audio equipment, including wireless, shotgun, and podcast microphones.
- Execute basic lighting setups for interviews, webinars, portraits, and promotional shoots.
- Create basic motion graphics to enhance digital content (preferred but not required).
Digital Marketing Support
- Develop creative assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
- Ensure all creative deliverables maintain a consistent and high-quality brand experience.
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work across graphic design, digital media, social content, print, email, animation, and video production. Portfolio submission is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant creative software.
- Experience operating Sony Alpha/FX series cameras for video production.
- Basic knowledge of audio recording using wireless, shotgun, or podcast microphones.
- Basic lighting skills for interviews, webinars, portraits, and promotional shoots.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Bonus Points
- Experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Experience with Premiere Pro or other professional video editing tools.
- Knowledge of 3D animation or 3D design software.
- Experience using generative AI tools for creative production.
