Multimedia Designer

Work Location: Alliance Global Tower, BGC, Taguig City

The Multimedia Designer produces engaging motion graphics, Al-driven content, and 3D executions for digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce, and maintain a wide range of multimedia projects including motion graphics, 3D executions (modeling, rendering, animation), video editing, and Al-generated content for digital, social, and outdoor platforms.
• Create and manipulate animation, video, audio, generative Al-assisted visuals, and 3D graphics for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Mobile Apps, Websites, LED Billboards, etc.).
• Integrate generative Al tools in multimedia production workflows to optimize creativity, speed, and execution of innovative visual outputs.
• Apply strong working knowledge in 3D software such as Autodesk 3Ds Max/Autodesk Maya and/or Blender to create high-quality modeling, rendering, and animation projects.
• Support proposals, presentations, and creative concept development with technical and design expertise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine project requirements and ensure consistent, on-brand creative output.
• Research and apply new trends, tools, and technologies (Generative Al, AR/VR, 3D animation techniques) that will elevate brand storytelling and multimedia communication.
• Deliver quality multimedia content within agreed timelines.
• Perform all other ad hoc functions as required by the role.
• Assist in storyboarding and conceptualization of complex animation and Al-driven multimedia projects.
• Provide support in occasional video shoots for seasonal and digital campaigns.
• Explore and experiment with generative Al models to produce fresh creative executions.
• Ensure timely updates of content across internal LED screens, digital displays, and campaign platforms.
• Ensure all multimedia projects are backed up and properly archived. Monitor assigned projects, equipment, and supplies.
