The Multimedia Designer creates visually engaging content across digital and traditional platforms, aligned with the brand's identity, messaging, and strategy; ensures all outputs are polished, cohesive, and support communication goals. This role is also responsible for supporting creative concepts through design, animation, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design visually engaging content across digital and traditional platforms under the guidance of senior designers or creative leads
- Develop key visuals that align with the brand's aesthetic, messaging, and campaign goals but also provide output that integrates their own creative interpretation.
- Ensure all design outputs meet brand standards in aesthetics, tone, and quality
- Executes projects using different mediums as recommended by the Senior Designers / Directors
- Gathers visual research and organizes assets for ongoing design projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to strengthen visual concepts and creative execution
- Contribute in presentations and client pitches with the guidance of Art Director and Sr. Art Directors, including but not limited to: visual mood boards, design concepts and drafts, layout visuals and style frames
- Collaborate with writers, and other creatives to execute design ideas across campaigns
- Handle medium-scale design tasks and projects with minimal supervision while monitoring task progress, completion targets and ensuring high standards.
- Perform other design-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have bachelor's degree in multimedia arts, fine arts, graphic design, film or related field
- With at least 2 years of solid experience in a similar role
- Has complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing skills and experience
- Has in-depth knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles and animation
- Is keen with details and has an aptitude for artistic, aesthetic and visually appealing content work
- Has excellent skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams and other online meeting working platforms
- Has good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and in flexible hours
- Proficient in the use of the following software: Computer animation, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect, Flash, Dreamweaver, Autodesk and other forms of graphics and audio software
- 3D Rendering experience is a plus
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
