We are looking for a skilled Multimedia Designer with strong graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics capabilities to create impactful content across a diverse range of client projects.

The successful candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and can confidently create both static and video-based content for digital channels. You possess strong design fundamentals, expertise in motion and video production, and a solid understanding of how creative content drives audience engagement and marketing performance. You will bring campaigns, social content, paid media assets, website visuals, presentations, and video projects to life through thoughtful design, motion, and storytelling.

This will also require excellent verbal and written English communication/presentation skills, the ability to pitch creative concepts, to take direction and will work closely with the rest of the Creative Hub and the Digital Agency Team.

What the Role Entails:

• Design and produce both static and motion creative assets for digital campaigns, including social media content, paid advertising, website visuals, presentations, EDMs, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop and present creative concepts, storyboards, video treatments, and content recommendations to the Creative Lead, Digital Marketing Team, and Account Managers.
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for a range of digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, websites, EDMs, and other marketing platforms. Deliverables may include short-form videos, reels, stories, motion graphics, and long-form content.
• Optimise creative assets and video content for platform-specific requirements across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging digital channels.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, account managers, and digital specialists to develop engaging creative solutions that deliver against campaign objectives.
• Manage projects from initial concept through to production and final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
• Monitor creative performance, audience engagement, and campaign results to identify opportunities for creative optimisation and improved content effectiveness.
• Maintain organised file management systems, creative assets, and version control in line with agency processes and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and explore AI-powered creative tools, workflows, and automation opportunities to enhance image and video production efficiency, content quality, and scalable delivery across organic and paid media channels.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have completed a degree and at least three (3) years experience in digital and social media campaign development, with a strong focus on static and video content production.
• Experience working in an advertising, marketing, or design agency environment, managing multiple clients and brands simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising formats, and content best practices.
• Experience in using AI tools for ideation, asset creation, editing, production, or workflow automation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality creative work.
• A strong portfolio showcasing published client work across social and digital channels.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, 5 days working remotely in the Philippines, following Sydney, Australia timezone/work hours. There will be a few team face-to-face days in Metro Manila each year.
