About the Role
A Multimedia Designer in a Creative Agency and Production House is responsible for creating visual content across various mediums such as print, digital, below the line events and video. They collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts, design graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements for marketing campaigns, social media, and other projects. They have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience. Additionally, they may also be involved in video editing, motion graphics, and interactive design. Overall, a Multimedia Designer in this role plays a key role in bringing creative ideas to life and engaging audiences through visually compelling content.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Proficiency, but not limited to, multimedia and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe InDesign.
- Capability to do video editing, motion graphics, 2D, 3D and animation. Capability to use Autocad or any similar software, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital media trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with the different business units.
