The Multimedia Artist will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports the company's marketing, branding, and sales initiatives across multiple and emerging brands. The role includes designing print and digital marketing materials, producing social media content, editing photos and short-form videos, and developing product mockups and basic 3D visualizations for presentations and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for architectural design, understands brand consistency, and can translate marketing concepts into engaging visual assets. This role collaborates closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives.
Job Description
- Offline assets: Design brochures, catalogues, kits, exhibition/showroom graphics, and other print collaterals; prepare layouts with correct specs and color profiles.
- Online assets: Create social media graphics, campaign visuals, and website images; optimize files for digital platforms.
- Multimedia production: Edit photos, videos, and motion graphics; prepare product visuals and campaign materials; assist in shoots and file organization.
- Product visualization: Develop 3D renders, mockups, and conceptual presentations; support launches and special projects.
- Creative execution: Deliver outputs aligned with campaign briefs; ensure clarity, usability, and consistency with visual language.
- Brand compliance: Apply guidelines consistently; maintain integrity in typography, layout, and identity elements.
- Quality control: Review and revise outputs for accuracy, color, and scale; uphold high production standards.
- Internal support: Prepare decks, reports, and visuals for Sales/Marketing; ensure professional and brand-consistent outputs.
- Asset management: Organize and archive digital assets with proper naming/version control; maintain accessibility.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated on tools and trends; enhance creative and technical skills; contribute to raising visual standards.
- Event support: Assist Marketing in event organization, promotion, and documentation with cohesive visuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or other related field
- With at least 2 years experience in multimedia arts, events or marketing agency
- Adept knowledge and skills using Adobe Suites, Canva, CapCut, and similar programs.
- Strong sensibilities of digital marketing tools, brand identity, and content standards
- Ability to analyze communication and digital performance data
- Proficient in social media, email marketing, and standard software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Windows/MacOS)
- Strong project management, time management, and teamwork skills in multicultural environments.
Working Arrangements
- On-site work
- Monday to Saturdays, except holidays, from 8am to 5pm
- The company rarely has overtime work
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants are required to submit a portfolio (PDF or online link) showcasing recent creative work. The portfolio should include a combination of the following, where applicable:
- Graphic design and marketing collaterals
- Social media content and campaign materials
- Photo manipulation or image editing
- Video editing or motion graphics
- Product mockups, conceptual presentations, or 3D visualizations (if available)
