Role Description The Multimedia Artist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tagum, responsible for creating visual and multimedia content that supports the cooperative's marketing, communication, and advocacy initiatives. This role involves designing graphics for print and digital materials, producing and editing videos for campaigns and events, and developing motion graphics and other visual assets for social media and online platforms. The Multimedia Artist collaborates with marketing and program teams to translate concepts into compelling visual stories that align with Tagum Cooperative's brand and values. Daily tasks include planning and executing multimedia projects, managing creative assets, and ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Multimedia and Video Production, including planning, shooting, and editing visual content.
- Strong abilities in Graphics, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design for both print and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or creative roles, preferably in a cooperative, financial, or community-focused organization.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Tagum.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
