Multimedia Artist

PUNX is looking for a Multimedia Designer (Motion Graphics) and you just might be who we're looking for!

The Multimedia Designer at PUNX creates compelling visual content that brings ideas to life across digital platforms. This role is responsible for designing graphics, branding materials, social media assets, presentations, marketing collaterals, and other multimedia content for both internal and client projects. Working closely with the creative, content, production, and accounts teams. The Multimedia Designer transforms concepts into impactful visual experiences while maintaining brand consistency and high design standards. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, AI-powered creative environment. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and AI-assisted creative tools is a strong advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• At least three (1) year of experience in a similar role
• A complete portfolio of Multimedia Design content showcasing your skills (must be indicated in your CV/Resume)
• Specializes in event key visual creation
• Proficient in creating merchandise assets such as pull-up banners, posters, flyers, etc.
• Required: Proven experience in motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar tools)
• Has knowledge of video editing and motion graphics production workflows
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding and 3D visual design principles
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in the Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to determine project scope and creative requirements
• Conduct research on media techniques, design trends, and visual concepts
• Collaborate with graphic designers to develop multimedia content ideas
• Design and produce multimedia materials according to event specifications
• Create digital images, video animations, motion graphics (required), and textual animations
• Develop original artwork and assets for digital image processing
• Design stage layouts, booth setups, and other event-related visuals
• Record, edit, and encode audio files, ensuring revisions are made based on feedback
• Ensure all multimedia outputs meet quality and branding standards
• Attend events when required to support multimedia production and execution
