Job description:
Are you a highly creative and detail-oriented multimedia artist with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing We are looking for a talented individual to take ownership of all our visual content across major online marketplaces and social media platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of creating compelling, conversion-focused visuals, we want to hear from you!
TheMultimedia Artistwill be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing all digital visual assets required for our online presence, specifically focused on driving sales and engagement on e-commerce platforms and social media channels. This role requires a blend of graphic design expertise, video production skills, and technical knowledge of live-streaming software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-commerce Graphics Production:
- Design and produce high-quality, conversion-optimized banners, product main images, and store visual layouts for platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Ensure all graphic assets adhere to each marketplace's specific size, resolution, and content guidelines.
Website & Advertising Assets:
- Create various website banners (hero, category, promotional) for brand websites and e-commerce stores.
- Develop compelling static and animated graphics for paid social media advertisements.
Social Media & Video Content:
- Design and schedule daily content (image and video) for Facebook to maintain consistent brand presence and engagement.
- Produce engaging and shoppable short-form videos specifically for TikTok and other short-video platforms.
Live Stream Management:
- Set up and manage the technical aspects of live streaming sessions using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or similar professional streaming software.
- Design all necessary on-screen graphics, overlays, and lower-thirds for professional live stream broadcasts.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual strategies for campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce and social media expertise.
Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva) or equivalent professional software.
- Expert proficiency in using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or similar for live stream setup and management.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of the technical specifications for graphics and videos on major platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook).
- Strong foundational skills in composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership over the final product.
