Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Multimedia Artist role based in Manila City. You will be the visual voice of our real estate developments. Your mission is to translate architectural blueprints and corporate strategies into compelling multimedia narratives that resonate with investors, tenants, and the Filipino public.

• The Mandate: Serve as the Creative Lead for high-stakes property launches and corporate branding.
• Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of designers and external agencies to maintain a Gold Standard of output.
• Strategy: Bridge the gap between business objectives and visual storytelling. You will sit at the table with stakeholders to define the look of the next great Philippine landmark.
• Quality Control: Ensure every assetfrom OOH billboards to digital walkthroughsis flawless and brand-aligned.

• The Mandate: Turn concepts into reality. You are the engine of the creative department.
• Production: Execute high-quality layouts, motion graphics, and video edits for social media, print, and site marketing.
• Support: Assist the Supervisor in maintaining assets for our diverse portfolio (Retail, Hospitality, and Food).
• Agility: Manage multiple deadlines with precision, ensuring the LKY Group brand remains consistent across all touchpoints.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or Graphic Design.
• Real Estate DNA: Previous experience in property development, construction, or retail leasing is highly preferred.
• The Toolkit: * Expert Level: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion/Video: Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• The Plus Factor: Familiarity with 3D Visualization/Architectural Renders or UI/UX design.
• Soft Skills: A conglomerate mindsetorganized, deadline-driven, and able to communicate complex ideas with clarity.
